F***in scumbags from this precinct especially the patrol cops that pull you over for the dummest sh**
Years ago 5th prescient was honorable and RESPECTFUL. No more these new cops should be taught the right way to conduct themselves especially with the elderly.Very Very disappointed
Yes i agree with the comment below they love to pull over females to chat. By the time they pull you over they know your name address etc. Then want your phone number . This happens in alot of prescients not just the 5th.
